Willkommen in unserer freundlichen Wohnung auf der „schäl Sick“.
Du bewohnst ein helles,sonniges ,ruhiges Zimmer, das von meinen Räumen weitgehend getrennt ist.
In deinem Zimmer sind ausser Bett mit neuer Matratze mit Topper Schreibtisch ,Sessel ,Schränke und diverse Lampen auch ein Herd ,ein Kühlschrank sowie die zur Zubereitung kleinerer Mahlzeiten notwendigen Küchenuntensilien sowie Geschirr vorhanden.
Du meldest dein Internet über eine DSL Leitung selbst an, so kannst du selbst bestimmen wieviel Internet Geschwindigkeit du benötigst.
Das Bad, sowie Toilette und Flur teilst du mit mir und meinem kleinen Kater.
Ich stelle Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer ist abschließbar.
Für die Reinigung Deines Zimmers bist Du selbst verantwortlich.Du hast deinen eigenen Staubsauger.
Ich lege grossen Wert darauf ,das dieses Zimmer wöchentlich gereinigt wird.
Die Reinigung der allgemeinen Räume teilen wir uns.
In unserer Strasse gibt es ausser einem Restaurant auch ein freundliches,modernes Café.
Unsere Wohnung liegt ,sehr gut angebunden an den Nah- und Fernverkehr, im Grünen .
Nur 2 Minuten und Du befindest dich in einen grossen Naherholungsgebiet.
Von hier aus erreichst Du die Innenstadt mit Kölner Wahrzeichen in wenigen Minuten mit Bus, S Bahn oder Strassenbahn.
Strassenbahn,S Bahn und Busstation befinden sich , ebenso wie Mietwagen und Leihstation für Fahrrad und /Scooter in fussläufiger Entfernung.

Welcome to our cozy apartment on the “schäl Sick.”
You’ll be staying in a bright, sunny, quiet room that’s largely separate from my living space.
In addition to a bed with a new mattress and topper, your room includes a desk, an armchair, wardrobes, and various lamps, as well as a stove, a refrigerator, and the kitchen utensils and dishes needed to prepare small meals.
You’ll set up your own internet connection via a DSL line, so you can choose the internet speed that best suits your needs.
You’ll share the bathroom, toilet, and hallway with me and my little cat.
I’ll provide bed linens and towels.
The room is lockable.
You’re responsible for cleaning your room; you’ll have your own vacuum cleaner.
I place great importance on this room being cleaned weekly.
We’ll share the cleaning of the common areas.
In addition to a restaurant, there is also a friendly, modern café on our street.
Our apartment is located in a green area with excellent connections to local and long-distance transportation.
Just a 2-minute walk takes you to a large recreational area.
From here, you can reach the city center with Cologne’s landmarks in just a few minutes by bus, S-Bahn, or tram.
Tram, S-Bahn, and bus stops are within walking distance, as are car rental services and bike and scooter rental stations.250 m to Kaufland (open until 10:00 p.m.)
