The 8 square meter room is very bright and quiet and has a pleasant old building ceiling height. It is furnished with a 1.00 meter loft bed, wardrobe, writing desk, small sitting area etc.

Location
Due to its fantastic location near the Isar floodplain (100 meters away), the Au is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. The Glockenbachviertel with its countless bars and cafes begins just a bridge over the Isar. In 100 meters you can walk to the Isar, where it is wonderful to sit by the water, especially in summer. Bus lines 52 and 62 stop 50 meters from the house, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are almost right next to the building. A tram station (300m), underground station (800m) and S-Bahn (1000m) are within walking distance.

The monthly price is 750 Euro including all utility costs. A deposit is required. A cleaning lady is coming every week for the shared area.
