- Utilities are included up to €30 [all utilitiy expenses above €30 will be charged]
- Before check-in, the tenant must pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant if there is no damage to the property. 💶

For double bookings or if there is an extra guest, there is an additional charge of €200 per month.
