The Apartment:
Upon entering, you will find a completely renovated apartment with brand-new furniture. The living room features a comfortable couch and a cozy rocking chair. The kitchen is equipped with a combi microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and (deep) freezer. Around the corner from the living room, you will find the bathroom, which is also newly renovated. It includes a toilet with a bidet, and the shower is heated by a central water heater. The bathroom has an automatic ventilation system that turns on with the lights. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, making it comfortable to walk around in socks. We recommend leaving your shoes at the entrance.

Shared Responsibility:
We maintain a shared responsibility for the upkeep of the apartment. We provide a clean, fully furnished space, and we expect you to treat it with care. You are responsible for taking out the trash, doing the dishes, and keeping your room in order.

Finance:
The rent includes gas, water, electricity, Internet, and Netflix (if available). Please note there is a one-time fee of €250 for the entire stay.
The monthly rent also covers fixed advance payments for water, gas, and electricity. If your usage is within the standard limits, no additional payment is required. However, any consumption above the standard will be charged to you.
