The room is spacious, with beautiful light wooden floors, a large window that lets in plenty of daylight, and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a desk with chair and lamp (perfect for working or studying), a big wardrobe for storage and if wished a makeup desk (can be put in the bathroom). A safe for your jewellery or passport is provided.

The room also has some nice touches like plants, a ventilator and minimal, stylish wall art. It’s ideal for someone who values a clean, spacious and welcoming home.

The flat is located in Vienna’s 18th district (Währing), just a few steps from Aumannplatz at Währinger Straße. The area is safe, calm, and well connected to the city center with several tram lines (like 40, 41, and 42) and nearby U-Bahn stations. You’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and parks within walking distance – perfect for daily life and relaxing after work or university.

You’ll be sharing the flat with one friendly, relaxed and respectful flatmate who both works and studies. Additionally the owner works abroad but lives in her own sleeping room when she returns to Vienna for work purposes. The owner is legally allowed to subrent a part of the apartment. The apartment is eligible to be used as registration for residence (Zweitwohnsitz/ Hauptwohnsitz, Meldebestätigung). No smoking and no party allowed, breach of this rule will lead to termination of the contract.

The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and easy-going — ideal for someone who appreciates a peaceful home after a long day.

We are renting the room because the owner is studying and working abroad on a temporary basis. As personal experience I understand how hard it is to find a safe apartment, close to the center, with nice roommates and a fully equipped apartment without the need to spend tons of money at IKEA for sheets, plates,.. Therefore we are trying to faciliate everything and and want that you treat the apartment as your home.

Price covers use of everything (Rent, Gas, Electricty, Wifi, Water, running fees, tv, cleaning fees,..)

We have a monthly cleaning lady to keep to apartment clean (included in the rent)
