1: What size should the rental have?:

Maximum: apartment with 25 m2 with a private bathroom, a small kitchen with cook and refrigerator (can be small ones) and a bed (can be one for 2 people, my wife will come for a few days in the beginning and at the end of the stay). Access to laundry (common or private, private preferred). No need for a garage. Need to have a temperature control resource.

Minimum: a room with 10 m2 and a private bathroom, access to a common laundry

2: What location are you looking for?:
I do have arthrosis on both feet, I can´t walk long distances.
The location must be close to the place of work, or at a maximum of 30-45 minutes by public transportation
