David is looking for apartment or room for rent in Tilburg, The Netherlands

I am a 20-year-old Business Administration student from Spain, coming to Tilburg University for my final-year exchange semester. I am looking for a rental for a 6-month period, strictly from the beginning of August until the end of December/January.
​My housing requirements:
​Budget: Up to €800 per month (inclusive of utilities: gas, water, electricity, internet).
​Furnishing: Since I am staying for a short semester, a fully or semi-furnished room is essential. I am not looking to pay exorbitant furniture takeover fees.
​Registration: Official municipality registration (BSN) is highly preferred.
​Property Type: A private bedroom in a shared apartment/house, or a private studio.
​Ideal House Dynamics:
Since I am entering my final year of studies and will be preparing for my final exams during the winter, I am specifically looking for a relatively quiet, clean, and organized environment. I prefer sharing with a small group of housemates (ideally 3 to 4 people maximum) rather than a large, noisy fraternity-style house.
​I am friendly, very tidy, and highly respectful of communal spaces and personal boundaries. I enjoy occasional shared dinners or board game nights, but I also deeply value independent study time and a peaceful atmosphere. I am a non-smoker and ready to sign a contract starting August 1st.
