My name is Moroz Anastasiia, and I am a student at Tilburg University. I am very interested in renting 1 or 2 room apartment and would be happy to make it my home for the duration of my studies.
I am a very quiet, clean and responsible person. I do not smoke, I do not have any pets, and I do not organise parties or cause any disturbance. I take very good care of the place where I live and I am looking for a clean and comfortable home where I can concentrate on my studies.
My parents fully support me financially and are prepared to provide any necessary documents or guarantees regarding the rent. The rent will always be paid on time. We can also provide proof of financial support, identification, university enrollment and any other documents you may require.
I am looking for a long-term rental and would be very happy to stay for the entire period of my studies if possible. I understand how important it is for a landlord to have a reliable and respectful tenant, and I would treat the apartment as if it were my own.
