To whom it may concern,

My wife and I are currently searching for a long-term rental home in the Netherlands, and we would like to briefly introduce ourselves.
I am a human resources specialist (31), and my wife is an urban planner (30). Throughout our careers, we have been able to build a financial savings buffer that provides us with stability. My wife holds Bulgarian citizenship, and I have a residence permit. It will be just the two of us living in the property.
We currently have a fixed income, but due to our relocation process, we are not able to provide payslips at the moment. However, we can provide bank statements as proof of our savings if needed. Additionally, if required, we are able to pay 6–12 months of rent upfront, depending on the mutually agreed amount.
Once we arrive in the Netherlands, we plan to explore job opportunities in our respective fields. We maintain a quiet, clean, and responsible lifestyle and are looking for a long-term, stable rental arrangement.
