– A clean and quiet single room in a shared flat or house
– Located in or near Dublin 1, 2, 4, 6, 6W, 8 (or accessible parts of 3, 7, 9)
– Ready to register the address for PPS and bank setup
– Preferably a place where people value calm, respectful co-living
