My name is Riccardo Montanari, I am 58 years old and the father of Giulio Montanari, a first-year student at Delft University of Technology.

We are an Italian family comprising my wife Marisa, our son Giulio (both in copy), and me.

Giulio has successfully completed the first year of his Bachelor’s program in Earth, Climate Change and Technology at Delft University of Technology, and he is scheduled to begin the second year of his studies on September 1, 2025. He is currently residing in Delft however, his current rental agreement will expire on July 25, 2025. As such, we are actively seeking alternative accommodation before that date.

The existing lease is officially registered with the relevant Dutch authorities, and Giulio is also registered with the Municipality of Delft.

Although my son is not employed, my wife and I are prepared to act as financial guarantors. Our combined net monthly income is €9,550.00, and we are able to provide full documentation to verify this. Additionally, I am happy to share my professional profile on LinkedIn for your reference: [xxxxx]

We can also provide evidence of Giulio’s enrolment at the university, as well as his municipal registration.

Giulio is a serious, clean, and responsible young man. He chose to pursue his studies at TU Delft in recognition of the University’s academic excellence and global reputation.

We are looking to rent a self-contained room (minimum 20 square meters, with a private kitchen and bathroom), a studio, or a small apartment. We are also open to options that Giulio could share with a fellow student. Our budget ranges from €500 for a room to up to €1,500 for a small apartment of approximately 60–70 square meters.

We are aware of the current housing challenges in Delft, which is why I am reaching out to express our strong interest in engaging your real estate agency to assist us in securing suitable accommodation as soon as possible.

Upon signing a rental agreement, we are willing to pay an agency commission equivalent to one or two months’ rent.
