My name is Salvis, and I work as a street worker. I’ve been committed to my work here in the Netherlands for some time now, and I genuinely enjoy it. It gives me great satisfaction to contribute to this country. I feel proud to work here and I deeply wish to continue building my life in this country, contributing to it in every way I can.

I plan to rent this home together with my girlfriend, Karina. She is a financial specialist and works remotely, receiving her income officially via her bank account. She can provide all necessary documents to confirm this. We both want to reunite as soon as possible and start building our shared life together in one place.

We are a reliable and respectful couple. We are very tidy and cannot stand mess in our living space. Cleanliness and comfort are essential for us, and we always take good care of the place we live in. If needed, we are open to the landlord visiting the property to check its condition. We believe in honesty and transparency, especially when renting someone elses home.

We do have pets, well-behaved and disciplined cats. They have their own scratching posts, so they don’t damage furniture or walls, and we regularly trim their nails. We clean up after them every day and vacuum and mop the floors to avoid any fur or odor. We completely understand that pets can be a concern for landlords, so we are willing to pay a double deposit and take full responsibility. In case of any issues, we promise to compensate for damages, although we are confident the apartment will remain in excellent condition.

Financially, we are stable. I earn at least €2,500 per month, and Karina earns €1,600, with her salary expected to increase soon to around €2,000. In addition, we have savings of €5,000.
