My name is David Hipólito Margarit, and I am a scientific researcher from Argentina. I am writing to express my interest in securing temporary accommodation in Nijmegen for a period of four months, from 2nd September 2025 to 1st January 2026. I will be conducting a research stay at the Donders Centre for Neuroscience at Radboud University, as part of an international research project called SIMBAD ( [xxxxx] which involves collaboration with various European institutions.

I will initially be accompanied by a colleague, also from Argentina and part of the SIMBAD project, who will stay until approximately 15th or 16th October. After his departure, my wife will join me for the remainder of the stay, until 1st January 2026. She will be travelling solely for tourism purposes and will not be affiliated with the project.

Given the current housing shortage in Nijmegen—especially for visiting researchers—I would be truly grateful for any assistance in securing a furnished place suitable for two people. Ideally, the accommodation should include basic amenities and have the total monthly rent cover all utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.).

Please note that, if required, the Donders Centre for Neuroscience can handle the monthly rental payments directly on my behalf, ensuring timely and secure transactions.
