Vi hyr ut vårt familjehus utanför Göteborg — en välutrustad villa med 3 sovrum, kontor, öppen planlösning och stor trädgård med skog som granne. 5 minuters promenad till både busshållplats, skola och affär. Idyllisk ort med röd-vita hus, rådjur och hönor på gatan. Vi bor på en återvändsgränd med begränsad trafik och underbara grannar.

Huset har dubbelsäng i ett sovrum, bäddsoffa i ett gästrum och två barnrum. Totalt 6 sängplatser. Stort kök och vardagsrum med plats för hela familjen, plus ett extra rum med piano och arbetsplats. Två badrum, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Fullt möblerad (alla personliga tillhörigheter bortplockade).

Trädgården är stor: gunga, lekhus, sandlåda, hoppmatta, uteplats med grill och loungemöbler. Uppfart med plats för 3 bilar och elbilsladdare. Vi kan även tillhandahålla en bil under perioden, ifall det är av intresse.

El, internet, vatten etc. tillkommer utöver hyran (mer info kan ges via email).

Djur är välkomna. Ingen rökning.

Vi planerar att vara borta juli-juli, men eventuellt kan tiden förlängas.
