Jag hyr ut min nyproducerade lägenhet på 35 kvm från september. Lägenheten är vackert belägen vid ett villaområde med mycket natur i närheten. Perfekt för den som önskar en lugnare vardag, men som har bra kommunikationer till centrum i Stockholm.

8500 kr per månad, exklusive el och värme. Om ni är två personer som bor i lägenheten är hyra 9500 kr per månad.

OMRÅDET

Särskilt fint är Lejondalens naturreservat (där det finns camping, vandring, bad- och fiskemöjligheter) som det tar ca 10 min att cykla till. Många bra stigar finns i närheten som man kan motionera på.
KOMMUNIKATIONER
- Ca 5 minuter till pendeltågsstationen, antingen med buss eller cykel
- Ca 30 minuter, utan byten, till Stockholm Odenplan / City med pendeltåg. OBS! Det pågår underhållsarbete under sommaren - detta kommer bli klart den 11 augusti och då går tågen igen som vanligt
- Ca 3 minuter till Bro centrum
