The apartment is situated at the fifth floor of the apartment complex with lift and when you walk out the door you can enjoy all the facilities that the city has to offer. Only a couple of minutes walk from Central Station and exit roads can easily be accessed. A communal garden belongs to the apartment complex and can be used.
