Vi är en familj som bor i en villa som har en lägenhet med separat ingång i Hässelby Villastad, precis vid Hässelby Strandbad. Det är en 2:a på ca 50 kvm, möblerad och i fräscht skick. Det är ett lugnt och vackert område precis vid vattnet.

Vår nuvarande hyresgäst kommer att flytta ut sista april och vi söker nu efter ny hyresgäst.

Lite fakta och villkor:
• Det är ca 100 m till bussen som tar ca 5 min till tunnelbanan och du går dit på ca tio minuter
• Tunnelbanan tar ca 30 minuter in till T-centralen (gröna linjen)
• Det är ca 50 m till ett jättefint långgrunt strandbad i Mälaren

Om lägenheten:
o Ca 50 kvm, delvis möblerad
o Egen ingång med altan för stolar och bord och blommor
o Kombinerad entré, hall och kök
o Ett sovrum och ett allrum/vardagsrum
o Badrum med dusch
o Litet förrådsrum
o Golvvärme i alla rum
o Kyl, frys, separat fullstor spis med ugn, micro, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin finns
o Det finns en dubbelsäng med sängmöbel, i övrigt är vi öppna för att möblera upp i samråd med ny hyresgäst om så önskas
o Det finns även två pallkragar att plantera grönsaker, bär eller växter om man vill

Vår ambition är att hyra ut på lång sikt men formellt hyr vi ut med löpande förlängningar. Uppsägningstid på 3 månader för båda parter.

Våra krav på dig är att du är absolut rökfri och inga djur eller barn. Vi prioriterar singlar och lugna personer då det trots allt är lite lyhört i en villa men ett lugnt par kan också fungera.

Du ska veta att vi har en liten minipudel som kan ge skall ibland.
