Hammarbyhöjdens och Björkhagens centrum med T-bana ligger ca 7-10 min promenad bort där det finns restauranger, caféer, livsmedelsbutik och annan service. I Nackareservatet finns det flera fina badsjöar, motionsspår, utegym och t.o.m en golfbana. Det finns flera gemensamma grillplatser i Brf:en, tillgång till bastu och två bokningsbara tvättstugor.
Noteras bör att det kommer ske ett balkongbyte under våren så den kan inte användas den första tiden. Själva bilningen (det som låter högt) är redan avklarat, och allt arbete sker enbart mellan 08-16 på vardagar. Allt ska vara klart i juni och klar för användning under sommaren/hösten. Sovrummet ligger dock åt andra hållet så eventuella ljudstörningar är minimala.
Jag som hyr ut, gör det p.g.a. arbete i Norge. Det finns en liten möjlighet att kontraktet kan förlängas ifall även jag får en förlängning.

A lovely and bright one-bedroom apartment, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Hammarbyhöjden, with a fantastic view overlooking Nackareservatet, which begins right behind the building. The apartment has been renovated in recent years in warm, earthy tones. Internet, electricity, and gas are of course included – reasonable usage applies (electricity and gas together are usually around SEK 600/month).
Hammarbyhöjden and Björkhagen centers, with metro (T-bana) access, are about a 7–10 minute walk away, offering restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and other services. Nackareservatet features several beautiful swimming lakes, jogging trails, outdoor gyms, and even a golf course. There are several shared barbecue areas in the housing association, access to a sauna, and two bookable laundry rooms.
Please note that a balcony replacement will take place during the spring, so it cannot be used initially. The removing of old concrete (the noisier part) is already finished, and all work is only taking place between 08-16 on weekdays. Everything is expected to be finished by June, making the balcony ready for use in the summer/autumn. The bedroom faces the opposite direction, so any noise disturbance should be minimal.
There is a small possibility that the contract can be extended if my assignment in Norway is too. I will remove personal belongings so that you can feel more at home.
