Busshållsplats nära bostaden. intill Hagaparken för promenader och jogging i naturen samt badmöjligheter, snabb access till motorväg, 30 min med bil till Arlanda. Parkering går att ansöka om och få i mån av plats, hyra tillkommer.
Det finns livsmedelsaffärer och komplett service i i Solna centrum samt Mall of Scandinavia. Det finns också några restauranter i närheten av bostaden.
Internet, tv (basutbud), kallvatten, varmvatten (basförbrukning) och sophämtning ingår. El, tillkommer. Om parkering önskas tillkommer den avgiften och tecknas direkt av hyresgästen med parkeringsbolaget.
Lägenheten är inte möblerad ännu men kommer att vara det i början av februari och den blir möblerad i stilfull och relativt neutral smak. Foton på möbleringen kommer att bifogas till annonsen så snart den är inredd.

Brand new and modern apartment with high standard of 44 sqm, 2 rooms and a kitchen with balcony in east on 7th floor towards inner courtyard.
The apartment is close to the commuter train (5 min walk), to Solna centre and subway (20 min walk and 10 min with bus ), to Mall of Scandinavia (big shopping mall) (20 min walk, 10 min with bus). Bus stop very close to the apartment building. It is next to a large park/recreation area for walks and jogging in nature along with outdoor swimming. Close to the motorway, 30 minutes with car to Arlanda airport. Parking space can be applied for and subject to availability.
There are grocery stores and complete services located in Solna centre and Mall of Scandinavia. There are also some restaurants close to the apartment building.
Included in the rent is Internet, television (basic selection), cold water, warm water (basic consumption) and garbage collection. Separately charged for is electricity. Supplementary cost for garage, which is signed directly by the tenant and the parking company.
The apartment is not furnished yet but will be beginning of February and it will be in a tasteful and relatively neutral taste. Photos will be attached to the add as soon as it is furnished.
The apartment can be viewed from 1st of February and moving in date is 1st of March, possibly one week earlier if needed. Attached is a film which shows the apartment without furnishing to have a first impression of it.
Non smoker and no pets allowed.
