We are offering a newly renovated and high-quality furnished apartment, perfectly suited for a business shared apartment (Business-WG), expats, or project teams.
The apartment is fully equipped – you can arrive with just your suitcase and will immediately find everything you need for your daily life.
Conditions:
· Rent: €4,299 flat rate (all-inclusive) per month for the entire property.
· All-Inclusive: The price covers all utilities and incidental costs (heating, electricity, high-speed internet, building fees, and the mandatory TV/radio license fee "GEZ"). There are no hidden or additional costs for you.
· Parking: An underground parking space for one car is already included in the rental price.
· Availability: From now (or latest Jan 15, 2026) until Sept 15, 2026.
· Rental Duration: Minimum 6 months – Maximum 9 months.
Service: Duvets and pillows are provided. Upon request, we can provide bed linens and organize a regular cleaning and laundry service for the bed linen (for an additional charge).
