(English below Swedish text) Ny fin tvåa vid Möllevångstorget! Cykelavstånd till allt i Malmö. ca 7 min. promenad till Triangeln, 30 min. till Malmö C.
Hyr ut möblerat då jag ska jobba på annan ort. Kommer vara tillgänglig i minst ett år, men kan hända att jag förlänger min jobb-period med ett år till om ni i sådana fall önskar bo kvar längre!
Det finns tvättmaskin/torktumlar-kombo i badrummet, diskmaskin i köket och cykelförråd/inomhus cykel-parkering (även rum för barnvagnar). Taket är ett gemensamt utrymme med bl.a. grill och fin utsikt över Malmö.
Fönstren är riktade mot innergården där en förskola håller hus (ost-sydost). Mycket bra ljudisolerat så man störs inte av förskolan och hör väldigt sällan grannar. Förskolan är stängd på helger så då är det extremt lugnt.
Det finns en soffa man kan dra ut till dubbelsäng i vardagsrummet och en loftsäng med skrivbord under i sovrummet. Internet på 250Gbit och fiber-TV ingår.
Nuvarande hyresgäster bor kvar till och med den sista Juli och kan öppna dörren för er om ni bokar visning. Jag kommer själv bara kunna närvara via telefon.

New nice two-room apartment at Möllevångstorget! Cycling distance to everything in Malmö. About 7 minute walk to Triangeln, 30 minutes to Malmö C.

There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom, dishwasher in the kitchen and bike storage/indoor bike parking in the basement. (also room for prams). Common roof area with BBQ and nice view over Malmö.
The windows are facing a courtyard where a kindergarten is located (east-southeast). Well sound isolated so you will not be disturbed by the preschool and very rarely hear neighbours. The preschool is closed on weekends so it is extremely quiet then.
There is a sofa you can pull out into a double bed in the living room and a loft bed with desk underneath in the bedroom. Internet at 250Gbit and fiber-TV are included.
The current tenants are living in the apartment until the last of July. They'll be able to open the door for you to view the apartment, but I'll only be available via phone.
