Jag hyr ut min rymliga etta med matplats på Stora Essingen eftersom jag ska plugga utomlands. Lägenheten är ljus, välplanerad och ligger i ett lugnt och trivsamt område med närhet till vatten, grönområden och stadens puls.

Stora Essingen har ett bra utbud av service och butiker, bland annat mataffär, caféer, restauranger, gym och apotek – allt inom gångavstånd. För större shopping finns Alvik och Liljeholmen bara några hållplatser bort med både köpcentrum och systembolag.

Kommunikationerna är mycket goda. Tvärbanan stannar vid Stora Essingen och tar dig snabbt till Alvik, Liljeholmen eller Globen. Det finns även bussar som går direkt till innerstan, och med bil når du E4/E20 på bara några minuter.

Det finns flera fina badplatser och promenadstråk på ön, vilket gör området extra trevligt under sommarhalvåret.

För mig är det viktigaste att jag känner mig trygg med personen som hyr. Jag värdesätter öppen kommunikation, tillit och att det känns rätt för båda parter.
