Die Wohnung ist eine Mansarde. Ein Zimmer mit extra Bad, Dusche, Flur und Hauswirtschaftsraum. Komplett saniert. Alles neu. Sehr hell. Aufgearbeitete Eichendielen in der ganzen Wohnung. Das Südfenster mit solider Holzfensterbank zum Sitzen eröffnet den Blick über die Dächer des Hinterhofes. Sogar der Düsseldorfer Fernsehturm ist zu sehen. Das zweite Fenster ist ein großes Veluxfenster mit Blick in den Himmel. Läßt sich total verdunkeln und hat einen außenliegenden ausfahrbaren Sonnenschutz. Sehr ruhig. Bis auf das Vogelkonzert im Frühjahr und Sommer. Start um 5.45 und Ende um ca. 6.10.
In der Küche gibt es ein Induktionskochfeld, vernünftige Pötte und einen leistungsfähigen Dunstabzug. Der Kühlschrank ist ein oldschool Bosch. Läuft leise, kühlt kräftig.
Schöner Dualittoaster. Damit toastet die Queen. Aaaah.
Nespressomaschine und eine handvoll Taps.
Die Musik kommt von Bose, das Fernsehbild von BrionVega. Das ist zwar ein sehr schönes Gerät, sollte es sich aber nicht als alltagstauglich erweisen, kommt ein Flatscreen.
Der Vollzugsbeamte hat sich vom ordnungsgemäßen Zustand des Kaugummiautomaten überzeugt. 10 Pfennigstücke liegen bereit aber nur eins am Tag.
Das Sofa ist auch das Bett und läßt sich bei unerwartetem Besuch zum Doppelbett ausziehen. Tagsüber verschwindet das Bettzeug in den unteren Schubladen. Im Einmannbetrieb ganz ok, kein Luxus und über 2 m darf man nicht sein.
Der Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel ist ausreichend dimensioniert.
Die Waschmaschine von Miele steht im Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Bügeleisen, Staubsauger und Trockenständer.
Über dem Hauswirtschaftsraum schaltbare Aurora Borealis.
Das Bad ist klein, um nicht zu sagen winzig. Hat 2015 den Preis für das kleinste Bad Düsseldorfs gewonnen. Dafür große Dusche. Zusammen als Bad nicht nur originell sondern auch brauchbar. Glasmosaik und keine weißen Einheitskacheln.
Eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Nur wer grundsätzlich viel Platz um sich herum braucht, ist hier wohl verkehrt.

Zu allem, was sich in der Wohnung befindet.

Wir wohnen im Haus nebenan und sind zudem jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar.

Buntes Viertel. Marrokanische Gemüseläden. Absolut zentru(website hidden)ah. Downtown Düsseldorf eben.
