Accanto al divano, un grande armadio bianco offre abbondante spazio per riporre gli abiti, mentre il televisore a parete consente di rilassarsi e guardare comodamente i programmi e i film preferiti. La grande finestra che lascia filtrare molta luce naturale. La cucina, dallo stile shabby, è compatta e ben organizzata, dotata dell’essenziale per cucinare come a casa; sono presenti anche una macchina del caffè e un bollitore, ideali per iniziare la giornata con un’ottima colazione. Accanto alla cucina è posizionato un tavolo con 4 sgabelli, perfetto per pranzi e cene, ma anche per aperitivi in compagnia. In 1 minuto si raggiunge anche piazza Duomo e il suo Broletto, e le vie dello shopping, come via Vittorio Emanuele. Altre piazze da visitare si trovano a soli 5 minuti a piedi, come Piazza San Fedele e Piazza Volta, quest’ultima diventata negli ultimi anni un grande punto d’incontro per la vita serale della città con i suoi numerosi ristoranti e bar.
Sempre a piedi, o noleggiando le city bike, si possono raggiungere Villa Olmo e il suo parco, percorrendo la pittoresca passeggiata che parte dall’Hangar, e Villa Geno percorrendo il lungolago di Viale Geno. All’inizio di viale Geno c’è anche la stazione della Funicolare per raggiungere Brunate e il suo faro.

The wooden beams and exposed brickwork give character and elegance to this newly renovated flat, perfect for a couple but also for families or groups of friends. At the entrance, there is direct access to the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night; next to it, a space is used as a sleeping area with a double bed. Next to the sofa, a large white wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for clothes, while the wall-mounted television allows you to relax and comfortably watch your favourite programmes and films. The large window lets in plenty of natural light. The kitchen, with its shabby style, is compact and well organised, equipped with the essentials for cooking just like at home; there is also a coffee machine and a kettle, ideal for starting the day with an excellent breakfast. Next to the kitchen is a table with 4 stools, perfect for lunches and dinners, but also for aperitifs in company.The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a toilet, bidet and a spacious shower with glass cubicle, finished with wood-effect tiles that add a natural touch to the room. The flat also has its own washing machine. Quality bed linen, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.
