Lovingly renovated and expanded in 2018, the loft offers exceptional attention to detail. In addition to the large main living area, there are two further rooms (a bedroom and a wellness area with a sleeping platform), an open kitchen, a stunning bathroom, a separate guest WC, and an additional shower area.

We are renting out the UHU Loft under a sublease agreement from May 15, 2025, until October 2025. Under particularly suitable circumstances, an extension of the rental period may be possible.
This extraordinary 160 m2 loft impresses with its open architecture and unique atmosphere.
The central living area is characterized by warm wooden elements, wide rustic floorboards, and exquisite Moroccan tiles.
Numerous plants, a library, a piano, and an oversized aquarium create an inspiring ambiance.
A small stage serves either as an additional sleeping platform or a creative space.
Various lighting installations give the room a very special flair.
Above the sauna and the entrance/wardrobe area, stairs lead to a second level, which can also be used for relaxing or sleeping.
The fully equipped open kitchen can double as a bar. A large gas stove, a spacious oven, two refrigerators, and a large oak counter used as a work surface enhance the joy of cooking.
Our bathrooms are also designed with Moroccan tiles.
The larger bathroom features a shower and an extra-large bathtub, often praised by our guests as the most beautiful bathroom in the city.
An integrated sound system, a record player, and a large vinyl collection are also at your disposal.
A particular highlight is the spacious, luxurious sauna — please note that electricity costs are billed separately. The tenant will be responsible for the actual electricity costs; meter readings will be taken at the start and end of the lease.
The UHU Loft is located in MOOS, a former bathtub factory that has evolved over recent years into one of Berlin’s important creative hubs.

Public transport connections are excellent. Treptower Park S-Bahn station is about a 10-minute walk away.
Parking spaces are available along the parking strip at Treptower Park, directly across from Moosdorfstrasse.
