The contract can be issued in Catalan or Spanish, according to the tenant's preference.
In addition, a translated version in the tenant's language is provided, exclusively for informational purposes. The signature is done 100% digitally, quickly and securely, without the need for travel or printing documents.
• Multilingual communication throughout your stay
Assistance and support in Spanish, English, or the tenant's preferred language, while maintaining Catalan or Spanish as the Contractual language of reference.
• Direct communication through (hidden). (Hidden) group active throughout your stay. Daily support for non-urgent matters from 9:00 to 21:00.

Important information about the Comfort Package
