Located in front of the Duc de Medinaceli square, in front of the Port Vell, and a step away from Las Ramblas.
Access through its hallway to the day area with its nice living room with sofa and TV, very close access through its windows to its balcony to enjoy the outdoors.
The kitchen is independent, comfortable and has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook your favorite recipes from the first day of arrival.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is double and spacious, with bedside tables and built-in closets for you to store your belongings. The second one is double, very luminous and also includes built-in closets.
Finally 1 full bathroom with bathtub.
Enjoy the communal pool on the terrace of this property, with beautiful views of the harbor, where you can relax on summer evenings. In addition this apartment has optional parking for 140 € extra.
Its location is excellent, it is located in Ciutat Vella, in the Gothic Quarter, in front of the Ronda Litoral, where some tourist attractions such as Las Ramblas, the monument to Columbus, the port of Barcelona and the Maremagnum shopping center are located. Surrounded by all kinds of services such as supermarkets, local stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.
The nearest station is “Drassanes” (L3) located 5 min away.
