This beautiful and modern apartment is located in the old town of the city. It is situated next to the Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, in modernist style, with an exceptional location, just 10 minutes\' walk from Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas. This apartment is very well connected and can be easily reached by public transport, as well as being located near many of the attractions of the Catalan capital.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. Both have wardrobes and storage space.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge and hob, as well as an integrated dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.

- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. The accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance of the check-in date.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €675 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €875 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €1,025 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1,690 + VAT.

- Security deposit: 1 month

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Carrer Aribau.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT will be added to the published price.
