From the entrance room, you enter the beautiful living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can go directly into the small garden with a view of the "Sender" on Hauser Kaibling (see photo!).

All operating costs are included in the rent, including the parking space and heating with a heat pump. You only need to register the electricity for the apartment yourself (approx. €30–50 per month).
