Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich modernisiert und ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich im 2. OG und hat durch die große Fensterfront einen tollen natürlichen Lichteinfall. Durch den französischen Balkon sind besonders die Sommernächte sehr gemütlich.

Ausstattung

Zur Ausstattung gehört eine moderne Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten und allen erforderlichen Mitteln wie Kochgeschirr, Teller, Besteck etc. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Regendusche, Spiegelschrank sowie Waschbecken ausgestattet. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist mit einem hochwertigen Schlafsofa, Arbeitsbereich sowie einem modernen Einzelbett und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Das Ganze wird mit einem schwenkbaren 55" TV abgerundet, sodass aus allen Positionen das Bild gut zu erkennnen ist.
Im Flur befindet sich ein großer Schrank mit Spiegeltüren, der sowohl als Garderobe für Jacken und Schuhe, als auch als 240x100 cm Spiegel dient. Im Keller befindet sich ein privates Abteil sowie der Waschraum.

WLAN/WiFi ist inklusive.

Lage

Die zentrale Lage besticht durch die vielseitigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der praktischen Infrastruktur.
In der Straße befinden sich diverse Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und mehrere Cafés sowie Restaurants. Zudem gibt es jeden Mittwoch Vormittag ein Wochenmarkt in der Straße. Dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Für eine schnelle Abwechslung bieten sich diverse Cafés in Eppendorf sehr gut an. Diese sind auch mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Min erreicht. Zur Innenstadt (Jungfernstieg) kommt man am besten mit der U-Bahn in 15-20 Min. In den umliegenden Straßen befinden sich für Autofahrer öffentliche kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Für die Wohnung wird eine Mindestmietdauer von 3 Monaten vorausgesetzt.

Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet.

Nevertheless, the location is very quiet. For a quick change, various cafes in Eppendorf are very good. These are also reached by bike in 10 min. The best way to get to the city center (Jungfernstieg) is by subway in 15-20 min. In the surrounding streets there are public free parking spaces for drivers.
