The Blommersdijkselaan is a quiet street (but with many amendities closeby) located 8 minutes biking from Rotterdam Central station, and with easy access to highways directed to Den Haag / Amsterdam and Utrecht. The street has plenty of parking opportunity. Public transportation like tram and station Rotterdam North are around the corner. Rotterdam North is a lively neighborhood with a diverse population and many shops & restaurants.

The apartment has 3 rooms of in total 80 m2. One bedroom of 18 m2 with plenty of wardrobe space. A luxury private bathroom of 6m2 with double rainshower, double sink and a two person bath. A living of 56 m2 with open kitchen and two bar seats. Besides that, there is a beautiful garden of 25m2 where you can enjoy the sun from May - September. Feel free to use the BBQ!

The apartment is fully renovated in 2021. Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, flooring, everything new. The apartment has floor heating in every area. The energy label is A. Water, Gas, Electricity, fast Internet and TV connection are included in the rent as service costs. The service costs also includes bi-weekly cleaning of the apartment.

The all-in rent of the apartment includes apartment rent, service costs and cleaning costs will be 3250,- euro monthly. The cleaning is not optional, it is part of the agreement.
