This 1-bedroom apartment was designed and renovated by us a few years ago and we are searching for someone who will take care of it as if it’s theirs. It’s perfect for one person or a couple with its open and circular floor plan. The three french windows in the living area and two windows in the bedroom, all facing southwest, offer plenty of light and sun during the day.

- Literary a step away you find yourself in MuseumsQuartier, KHM and NHM, Volkstheater + many other cultural institutions
