Important to know:
Our apartments are shared apartments, which means everyone in the apartment is part of a residential household. The household is responsible for the entire apartment. If chosen, you will be part of the household.

- contracts ALWAYS start at the beginning & end of the month, notice period of 1 calendar month
- contract: group contract, everyone will sign the same document as one group for the entire apartment. The rent is paid by one person as one total transaction. By group decision, it is possible to switch rooms in the apartment later
- Registration is always possible

Our shared furnished (hidden) apartments are:
- Equipped with 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and a balcony (most apartments)
- Equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, refrigerator, oven/microwave, and washing machine
- Equipped with curtains
- Equipped with a double bed / closet / desk / chair / lounge chair

What is NOT included in the rent?

The deposit is refundable at the end of your stay. You will receive a link to view and sign the contract takeover agreement digitally, which will confirm the reservation. Our rental agreements run over full months; therefore, the end date will be the last day of the calendar month, regardless of the indicated end date on the HousingAnywhere reservation. The minimum stay is 3 months.
