Hi. Since I am going on an internship in Cologne for at least 7 months from May 2026 to December 2026, I would like to sublet my one-room apartment with a kitchenette and shared bathroom during this time.

It is completely furnished with everything you will need. Kitchenette with two heating plates, a microwave, an oven, a fridge with freezer. A washbasin, 1 sink. A bed with mattress, a big wardrobe, table, chairs, roller chair, coat hangers, shoe rack and wall shelves.

The rent covers everything, including Internet and Radio Fees, and is exactly what I pay the landlord (who also lives in the building). Since I will be returning to Munich after my internship, I would like to have the place back.

The furniture can be taken over for 980 euros, but we can negotiate. The deposit will be 900 euros, and the warm rent will be 620 euros each month.

It is very close to Harras, just a 5-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is Sylvensteinstraße, 1 minute away. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn are in Harras, and also all city ring buses and all regional trains.

If you want the place for 6 months, I will return the deposit for the room and furniture after you move out.

If you want the place permanently, the deposit will be 900 euros, plus 980 euros for the furniture (negotiable). I had to, unfortunately, buy all the furniture myself.

Online viewings are possible, but it would be nice if you came in person.
