The U8 underground line runs from there towards Hermannstraße. There is also a bus stop right outside the door. From here, you can easily reach Kurt-Schumacher-Platz (U6).

About Reinickendorf:
Reinickendorf is a rather quiet area. However, if you are looking for hustle and bustle, you can walk to Seestraße (Wedding) in less than 30 minutes, take the bus for only 10 minutes, or take the subway to Prenzlauer Berg in 12 minutes.

In general, we would like to sublet the apartment from January 31, 2026, to July 2026.
The apartment will be available on January 31, 2026.
The handover must take place on this date, as we will be moving abroad afterwards. We are flexible regarding the handover in July.
