Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the popular Bergmannstraße with its many pleasant cafés, bars, and restaurants. Green oases such as Viktoriapark, Tempelhofer Feld, and Gleisdreieck Park are also just around the corner.

Transportation:
Very good bus and train connections, car sharing, and bike rentals are nearby – live centrally and still sleep well, as it's pleasantly quiet at night.

- Temporary rental only from December 2025 to June 2026
- MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD between 6 - 7 months
- We are looking for a tenant for the entire period (NO temporary vacation rentals possible)
- The apartment is well-equipped and will be handed over fully furnished
- I will be abroad during this period, but always available; my friendly neighbors will be happy to help with any questions.

On-site parking is only available for a short time, but there are plenty of parking spaces nearby.
