The real wood oak parquet in our new building from 2010 creates a pleasant homely atmosphere, which allows you to concentrate 100% on the topic of your visit: The business project, one of the many Munich events, one of the international Munich trade fairs or simply a holiday in the capital of the Free State of Bavaria - in our beautiful Munich to the famous Oktoberfest or to one of the many other Munich attractions.

We offer everything you need for a longer stay in our apartment: modern bathroom with shower, large double or single bed, spacious wardrobe, kitchenette with sink and ceramic hob and all the dishes you need for cooking and dining. Of course, there is also a kettle, refrigerator and coffee machine, a table on wheels for preparations and a small dining table with two chairs - just like in a cosy holiday 1-room apartment. On weekdays our reception will be happy to receive your mail and parcels for you.
