Today, the tenement house is an architectural accent of the Podgórze district. Stylish elevation, high ceilings and preserved original details create a unique atmosphere of old Krakow. The external elevation has been fully recreated and restored in recent years, the center, i.e. staircases are still waiting for revitalization, however, they provide a unique atmosphere in their current form. The tenement house is quiet, you can't hear any noise from the street. French doors are the entrance to the apartment from the courtyard, on the floor there is a historical wooden parquet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, cups and glasses etc. The apartment has access to high-speed WiFi, a TV and a workspace (the TV can be used as a second screen).
