🔸The monthly rent varies depending on the length of the stay.
Between Sept 2025 and Aug 2026:
✔Booking +5 months: 1120€
✔Booking 12 months: 1040 €

🔸It is mandatory to pay the deposit and administration fee after the booking will be confirm. This payment is directly with the advertiser. You can pay only with a credit card or bank transfer. It is not possible to pay in cash. Student Deposit is 600EUR and for Working Professionals 1000EUR

Security deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay after checking for damages.

All of our Deluxe Studios have their own private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Each studio is between 24-25m2 and can be found on floors 1-4. Slightly more spacious than the Classic Studio, the kitchenette in these rooms makes them perfect for those who prefer their own private living space without losing access to our common spaces & events.

Please be advised that in our building, only rooms on the 4th floor are equipped with air conditioning. Rooms on the ground floor through the 3rd floor have fans.
