About the owner & the house:
I’ve bought this house in the beginning of 2021 and have been thoroughly renovating it for the past 1.5 year. By that I mean changing layouts & stairs, constructing a brand new second floor, replacing all plumbing systems, new electricity, sound dampening and isolating wherever I could. Basically, it's a new house;). The goal was to make it a quality home for myself and two tenants. So this started as a personal project to live in myself and later changed to a full rental house. The upside of it is that I’ve thought of all details and always choose quality over time. I’m really pleased with the result and enjoyed seeing my own creative idea’s come to life.
