Comfortable small apartment in "Farmhouse-Style" is luxuriously furnished. The apartment consists of a tasteful living and dining room area with couch and a small dining area for up to 2 people. In the separate bedroom you will find optimal sleep in the high-quality box spring bed (120x200cm). Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen and a top-equipped daylight bathroom with glass shower and toilet are at your disposal. You can spend mild summer nights on the furnished terrace. In the entire apartment - except in the wet area - exclusive real wood flooring is installed. Of course, the apartment is equipped with a SmartTV device and high-speed internet / WLAN. A set of towels and bed linen are also available. In (hidden)ment there is a well-equipped laundry room (Fee), which is accessible to all residents of the house. There are two washing machines and two dryers equipped with the "WeWash system".

Parking space or garage are possible to rent for a fee according to availability. But you can also park freely on the street and side street.

Im separaten Schlafzimmer finden Sie optimalen Schlaf im hochwertigen Boxspring-Bett (120x200cm). Des Weiteren steht Ihnen eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein top-ausgestattetes Tageslicht-Bad mit Glas-Dusche und WC zur Verfügung. Laue Sommernächte können Sie auf der möblierten Terrasse verbringen. In der gesamten Wohnung – außer im Nassbereich – ist exklusiver Echtholzboden verlegt. Selbstverständlich ist die Wohnung mit ein SmartTV-Gerät und Highspeed-Internet/ WLAN ausgestattet. Ein Set Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Keller befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Waschküche, die für alle Bewohner des Hauses zugänglich ist. Es gibt zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner (Geb.), die mit den "WeWash-System" ausgestattet sind.

Stellplatz oder Garage sind gegen eine Gebühr nach Verfügbarkeit möglich zu mieten. Man kann aber auch auf der Strasse und Nebenstrasse frei parken.
