there are 3 single rooms and 2 double rooms ( they are all on this platform )
This area is VERY MULTI ETHNIC therefore if you have prejudices this area is NOT a suitable for you . I do have 40 people ( many girls as well ) in my apartments in this area and so far nobody had a problem .
It s close to Porta Palazzo . Porta Palazzo is the biggest openair market in Europe where farmers and stalls daily sell fresh groceries . Every Saturday there is a flee market( BALON) and once a month the GRAND BALON attracts people to buy antiques . Great public transport ( 25 minutes by bus to Politecnico / 20 minutes to UNITO , walking distance to IAAD or SCUOLA HOLDEN ) The bike path is fantastic and takes you to Politecnico in 15 minutes

The Tenant acknowledges and expressly accepts that, upon confirmation of the booking, the Landlord is required to pay to HousingAnywhere a platform fee calculated on the entire booking period (in days). In the event of early termination of the lease agreement by the Tenant, a penalty shall apply, corresponding to the portion of said commission already paid by the Landlord to HousingAnywhere. The Landlord shall provide the Tenant with a copy of the relevant HousingAnywhere invoice, and the penalty shall be charged in accordance with the agreed booking period.
The Tenant further acknowledges and accepts that such amount shall be deducted from the security deposit prior to any refund thereof, and expressly waives any right to contest, oppose, or claim reimbursement in relation to said deduction
This deduction is expressly agreed as separate and without prejudice to any other amounts that may be withheld from the security deposit, or otherwise claimed by the Landlord, including but not limited to damages to the premises, unpaid rent, utilities, administrative costs, or any other contractual obligations of the Tenant.
Exception:
No penalty shall apply if the Tenant requests early termination due to serious health reasons, duly documented and certified by appropriate medical documentation issued by public health institutions or legally authorized medical professionals.

In caso di risoluzione anticipata del contratto di locazione da parte del Conduttore, sarà applicata una penale corrispondente alla quota di detta commissione già versata dal Locatore a HousingAnywhere. Il Locatore fornirà al Conduttore copia della relativa fattura emessa da HousingAnywhere, e la penale sarà calcolata in conformità al periodo di prenotazione pattuito.
Il Conduttore riconosce ed accetta altresì che tale importo sarà detratto dal deposito cauzionale prima di qualsiasi restituzione dello stesso, e rinuncia espressamente a qualunque diritto di contestazione, opposizione o richiesta di rimborso in relazione a tale detrazione.
Tale detrazione è espressamente convenuta come separata e senza pregiudizio rispetto ad ogni altra somma che potrà essere trattenuta dal deposito cauzionale, o comunque richiesta dal Locatore, ivi incluse, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, le somme dovute per danni all’immobile, canoni non corrisposti, utenze, spese amministrative o qualsiasi altro obbligo contrattuale del Conduttore.
Eccezione:
