IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Payment of the security deposit and cleaning fee must be made in advance by bank transfer, no later than 5 days before the check-in date, directly to the bank account of the owner of the property.

Please also note that the €2.00 stamp duty, where required under current Italian legislation, must be applied to each invoice issued. The related cost shall be borne by the tenant.

Once the booking has been completed, please contact us promptly in order to complete all the necessary documentation for the handover of the room before entering the apartment.

In order to properly organize the handover of the room, you are also required to provide your arrival date and expected arrival time.

Si precisa inoltre che la marca da bollo di € 2,00, ove prevista dalla normativa italiana vigente, dovrà essere applicata su ciascuna fattura emessa. Il relativo costo sarà a carico del conduttore.

Una volta completata la prenotazione, si prega di contattarci tempestivamente al fine di espletare tutta la documentazione necessaria per la consegna della stanza, prima dell’ingresso nell’appartamento.
