In un prestigioso complesso residenziale, vicino all'Università di Padova, proponiamo stanze per soli studenti, complete di ogni fornitura e comforts. Situato in Via Luigi Pellizzo, permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi le varie facoltà universitarie, il Portello, l'Ospedale ed il centro cittadino.
Il quartiere è servito da linee di trasporto pubblico ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale (2,4 Km).
A breve distanza sono presenti diverse attività e servizi (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Centro Sportivo, Supermercati, Centro Commerciale, Bar/Pub e Ristoranti) ed è possibile trascorrere il tempo libero all'aria aperta grazie ai parchi cittadini/aree verdi e alla pista ciclabile /percorso pedonale del fiume Piovego.
L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato ed è composto da 4 camere singole e 1 doppia, 2 bagni, e un attico composta da una camera singola, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno in comune. Soggiorno, cucina completamente attrezzata (pentole, piatti, posate, ecc.), piano cottura, 1 forno elettrico e 1 forno a microonde, n. 2 frigoriferi, WI-FI, TV, lavatrice e asciugatrice, aspirapolvere, aria condizionata in ogni camera, garage dedicato per auto/biciclette. L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano con attico con accesso diretto al terrazzo. L'area è completamente recintata ed è presente personale di portineria e servizio di vigilanza notturna.
Ogni camera viene consegnata comprensiva di: lenzuola, coperte, piumone con letto a una piazza e mezza, armadi, scrivania, libreria, aria condizionata.
E' richiesto un contributo iniziale fisso di 150 euro per l'ingresso nell'appartamento per la redazione e registrazione del contratto (tasse e bolli) e di 200 euro per la pulizia/sanificazione al check out.

In a prestigious context, near the University of Padua, we offer rooms for only students, furnished and complete with all comforts. Located in Via Luigi Pellizzo, it allows you to reach the various university faculties, the Portello, the hospital and the city center in a few minutes on foot.
The district is served by public transport lines and can be easily reached from the central station (2.4 km).
A short distance away there are various activities and services (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Sports Centre, Supermarkets, Shopping Centre, Bars/Pubs and Restaurants) and it is possible to spend your free time in the open air thanks to the city parks/green areas and the cycle path / pedestrian path of the Piovego river.
The apartment has been renovated and consists of 4 single and 1 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an attic composed of a single bedroom, a double bedroom, a shared bathroom. Living room, fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, etc.), hob, 1 electric oven and 1 microwave oven, n. 2 refrigerators, WI-FI, TV, washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning in every room, dedicated garage for cars/bicycles. The apartment is located on the fifth floor with an attic with direct access to the terrace. The area is completely fenced and there is concierge staff and night surveillance service.
Each room is delivered including: sheets, blankets, duvet with a single large bed, wardrobes, desk, bookcase, air conditioning.
An initial fixed contribution of 150 euros is required for entry into the apartment for the drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamp duties) and 200 euros for cleaning/sanitizing at check out.
