The apartment is located in Via Savonarola 242, on the 3rd floor.

The apartment consists of: Entrance, fully equipped Kitchen, wide Relaxing Living Area with sofa, 2 single Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower-tub and a closet.

The area is very convenient and central: the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Literary and Linguistic Faculties and less than 10 minutes away from the main squares of Padua, such as Piazza dei Signori and Piazza delle Erbe.
On the parallel street, Corso Milano, you will find all kinds of services: the Pam supermarket, tobacconists, banks, pharmacy, as well as restaurants, pizzerias and bars.

The apartment is also in a strategic position for the use of public transport: at the Milano 122 bus stop, 50 meters from the apartment, several bus lines run.

This is a only-girls Apartment and there’s a special tenant in it: a sweet kitten 😊

THE COST OF ROOM "B" WITH A DOUBLE BED IS 490€

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:

- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
