The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining: a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. Many of our shared apartments even include washing machines with an integrated dryer function, adding extra convenience. There is also a comfortable dining area with seating for shared meals and socializing. The high-quality flooring throughout the apartment enhances the modern ambiance and provides a comfortable living environment. Wi-Fi is, of course, available – either provided by the landlord and included in the monthly utility costs or organized among the flatmates, with minimal shared costs.
