🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup
Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

The fees based on your arrival time are as follows:
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge.
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you).
8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you).
After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you).

⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability.

🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES
Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out:

Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge).
Late check-out: Subject to availability.
Until 12:00 PM → 20€
Until 2:00 PM → 40€

💡 Remember that payments for late check-ins or check-out extensions must be made in cash directly to the person in charge of the keys.

Please confirm your flight details and estimated arrival time with us as soon as you have them, so we can arrange your check-in.

!!️ Please note:
- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you.
- If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.

TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
- despite making the reservation by this means the tenant must sign a contract and the rules of coexistence before entering the room.
-The tenant will pay an end-of-lease cleaning fee of 30€ to 50€ (thirty euros to fifty euros) depending on the dirt found.
-The deposit to be paid by THE HIRER as a guarantee is two months of which (1 month) will be used for the payment of the last month of the contract and (1 month) would be returned within 30 days after the end of the contract by bank transfer, after returning the keys, having fulfilled 100% of the contract, having checked the condition of the room and once deducted the relevant extra costs of supplies if any.
- The contract has a contracted duration of obligatory fulfillment. In case of early termination, the deposit will not be returned.
- It is possible to register with a minimum contract of 6 months.
- The deposit will not be refunded until the corresponding de-registration certificate is presented, if applicable.
- Why do we charge a deposit? Surely this is not your case, but in 6 years of doing this business we have had many tenants who have broken many things.
- When is the deposit returned? We will refund within 30 days of the delivery of the keys and having fulfilled the contract.
- Is there a maintenance service? Yes, available for any damage that occurs.
- If you want to cancel the contract, is it possible? Yes, it is. The contract you will sign will give you the right to live in the contracted room for the contracted time but not the obligation to stay, so you can leave the room as we put it in the contract.
- Who you will live with: Normally the tenants are changing because the average contract is 9 months, so we do not know who will live in the apartment with you, but we look for people similar in age and occupation.
- Supplies: the apartment has a ceiling of included expenses and if it is exceeded, it is shared among the cohabitants.
- Rental requirements: you must demonstrate that you have the solvency to pay the monthly rent.

♦️Please note that all pre–move-in payments (Security Deposit, Admin Fees, etc..) must be made directly to our bank account once your booking is confirmed.
