A single room is available for rent in a six-bedroom shared apartment located in Moncada; this location is particularly convenient for students at CEU Cardenal Herrera University. The apartment is well-connected via Metrovalencia Line 1, with access to the Moncada-Alfara and Seminari-CEU stations, which also makes it easy to travel to the city of Valencia.
The room comes furnished with a bed, closet, desk, chair, and nightstand, so it’s ready to move into. The apartment has two shared bathrooms, a kitchen, and a small dining area integrated into the kitchen. We’re looking for a responsible, tidy person who respects the house rules.

🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup
Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

The fees based on your arrival time are as follows:
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge.
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you).
8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you).
After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you).

⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability.

🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES
Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out:

Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge).
Late check-out: Subject to availability.
Until 12:00 PM → 20€
Until 2:00 PM → 40€

💡 Remember that payments for late check-ins or check-out extensions must be made in cash directly to the person in charge of the keys.

🛏️ Important Information – Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen and towels are not included. You may purchase a brand-new linen and towel package for €120, which includes a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel, and hand towel. Alternatively, used linen is available for €60, professionally washed and disinfected. If you choose not to purchase a package, you must bring your own.
