Cozy and bright room in a very well connected area with the city center

Are you looking for rent in Via Privata Uberto dell'Orto? This large fully equipped bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning system and it has a private balcony. The mattress, a desk, and a chair will be integrated soon! This room is part of a quiet apartment located in a recently renovated building. The all-inclusive fee includes (water, condominium, gas and electricity expenses). There is no agency fee to pay.

This property is located in Via Privata Uberto dell'Orto. This residential area with lots of greenery and it is also very convenient for cycling. Supermarkets, bars and tobacco shops in the immediate vicinity. Polytechnic University is just 10 minutes away. The Duomo, the University of Milan and Isola (the youngest district of the city full of locals) are less than 20 minutes away; the Bicocca and the universities and fashion and design institutes of the city center are also within easy reach. There is also a train station close to the metro which is really useful to reach the cities near Milan. Conveniently 4 minutes from the yellow metro line of Affori FN.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- rental contract must last 12 months. If you want to leave the room before the end of the contract you can find another tenant willing to take over your contract and continue to pay the rent. If you don't find one, you will be responsible to pay until the end of your stay.
- in order to book the room, you will need to provide us your passport (if you are from outside EU also your residency permit) and pay the first monthly rent plus the one-time HousingAnywhere fee through the platform.

The day of your arrival:
- we will sign the rental contract.
-Deposit: 2 monthly rent as a deposit to be paid at the check-in date.
- One-time contract registration fee: it will depend on the length of the contract and on the amount of the monthly rent (from 140 to 200 euro)

OTHER INFORMATION
- you will need to provide us your codice fiscale within 3 days of your check-in What's codice fiscale is? Codice fiscale is the Italian word for "social security number", a unique code that identifies exactly any person resident in Italy. It is mandatory for any permanence longer than 3 months.
You can receive the official Codice Fiscale by:
1) Visiting any Italian Consulate abroad
2) going with your passport (or ID for European citizens only) at the state office indicated below directly in (hidden): Via Moscova 2, (hidden)
It's free and you will not need to book an appointment, you can just go to the office.
- a one-time cleaning fee of 30 euro when you leave the flat
- the last 3 monthly rent will need to be paid in one unique payment.
- we do not provide towels and bed-lines
- check-in: it will be possible to do the check-in from Monday to Friday from 9 to 18. In case you need to check-in during the weekend, please let us know and we will tell you if we can manage it.

Stanza accogliente e luminosa in zona molto ben collegata con il centro

Luminosa camera con ampio balcone in palazzina tranquilla appena ristrutturata. In una zona residenziale con tanto verde e molto comoda per gli spostamenti: a 4 minuti dalla metro gialla di Affori FN, politecnico a soli 10 minuti, duomo e Università degli studi di (hidden) meno di 20 così come Isola, il quartiere più giovane della città pieno di locali e vivo 7 giorni su 7; facilmente raggiungibili anche la Bicocca e le università e gli istituti di moda e design del centro. Oltre alla metro, dalla stazione adiacente si possono raggiungere velocemente tutte le zone a nord di (hidden). Anche per gli spostamenti in bici la zona è molto comoda. Supermercati, bar e tabacchi nelle immediate vicinanze. (Entro pochi giorni saranno integrati gli arredi mancanti: un materasso, una scrivania ed una sedia)

Nel “canone tutto incluso” sono comprese tutte le spese (acqua, condominio, gas ed elettricità). Non vi è nessuna spesa d'agenzia da sostenere!
