The apartment consists of 3 rooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared balcony. The kitchen has access to the balcony. The condominium provides a garden with a place for bikes. You will share this apartment with 2 female students.

-Pets are allowed.
-Young professionals with a day working schedules are welcome(not night jobs).

The apartment is located on Via Francesco Primaticcio and it is just around 30 mins far from the centre by Metro. The neighbourhood provides all kinds of services and facilities that you need for an easy stay in Milan. Nearby the apartment, you can find shops, Mall, a restaurant, a park, and a gym and just for a few mins of walking you can find the bus station (64) and from there you can reach all the corners of Milan.
Nearby Transport: Metro (M1), Train (S9; Bus: 50, 64, 90, 98).

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Monthly contract: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date.
